No bake bars or crumble - delicious gluten free, dairy free, vegan


Eat the whole batch each day to get those calorie requirements in!  Im currently trying to consume more than 3000 calories a day to gain a bit of weight for the summer and these babies will do the trick and they are so tasty and easy to eat.  Its a coincidence that they are also gluten free and vegan.


  • 1 cup oat flour 
  • 1/2 cup whole oats
  • 1/3 cup plain pea protein (one scoop or 24 grams protein)
  • 1/2 cup corn flakes cereal (crush it!)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

protein and calories:  64.5 grams protein,  1447 calories 

  1. get a small pan to press this in
  2. Combine oats, protein powder, and cereal. Mix until well combined and set aside.
  3. In a small pan over medium heat, add PB and honey, stirring until the butter is melted and fully combined with the honey. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Remove from heat and pour into the dry mixture. Stir until everything is fully combined it will look dry and crumbly.
  5. You can press this into a 9x5 loaf pan or just spread it out to the thickness you want.  
  6. Place pan into fridge and allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into bars.  Or as I have begun to do, let it crumble back up and use it as a trail mix take it with you on the go!
