Keto blueberry muffins


2.5 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon stevia
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup milk
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


3/4 cup blueberries

preaheat oven to 350
mix all dry ingredients together well
Mix all wet ingredients, wisk rigorously to get lots of air bubbles
combine wet and dry and fold in the blueberries, this will be super thick and sticky
Place in muffin tins (makes 12)
Bake for 20 minutes
enjoy!
