Keto Lasagna

1.5-2 lbs ground beef
packet of taco seasoning (trader joes)
2 cups of tomato sauce
4 small or two large zucchini
28 oz of ricotta cheese
8 oz mozzarella cheese

preheat oven to 350
cut zucchini into thin sections (makes more sense to cut the long way but i did it the short way)
brown ground beef, add seasoning and tomato sauce (taste to assure its yummy)
Using a 10"x12" pan, layer beef, zucchini, ricotta, beef, zucchini, ricotta, mozzarella.
cover with foil and bake for 30minutes. Uncover and bake another 6-7 minutes on broil until the top gets brown.

You may find it a bit watery.
