Blueberry Pie Recipe

Its easy and yummy with vanilla ice cream

3/4 cup white sugar
5 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups fresh blueberries
2 frozen pie crusts
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice

defrost pie crusts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Melt butter
Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon, and add blueberries, squish just a bit as you mix to get everything mixed together and some juice out of some broken blueberries, add lemon juice and blend in.
Pour berry mixture into the crust, pour butter over the top. Take the second crust and remove from the pie pan and cut into strips for making a lattice. Bake pie on middle shelf of oven for appx 50 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
