Vegan Cheesey Cheese

 

  • X-tra firm tofu package
  • Cup of nutritional yeast
  • Spices of choice (i used basil)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Drain tofu and strain in cheesecloth of similar to remove excess water
Blend with all ingredients in the food processor, for ricotta-esque pulse a little, for velveeta, blend for a few minutes.
