Guacamole

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tbsp of fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp of red onion
  • 2 serrano chiles, stems and seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (leaves and tender stems)
  • A dash of freshly grated black pepper
  • 1/2 tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped seperately.

  • Take all the ingredients except the half tomato and two avocados and put them into a small hand food processor.  mix that mixture with the mushed up avocados, mix well but keep some chunky quality.  Chop up the tomato and wring out the seeds and water and mix them in.  You're done!
