Energy bars (entomophagy version)

6 banana
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup bug meal (I use manna)
2 cup seeds
2 cup seed meal (I use gerbs)
1 cup dried blueberries
1 cup dates
1 cup walnuts
1 cup sliced almonds

In food processor place bananas, vanilla, cinnamon, and bug meal, make paste.
Add all of the other ingredients in a bowl, mix and then pour the banana mixture in and mix.  
Press into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.  
bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

I tend to overbake these because the chia and/or flax makes them gooey and I prefer them dry.  I think last time It was around 40 minutes at 300.
