Little Pete's Black bean veggie burgers

1 yellow squash
1 zucchini
1 pack of mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper
1 Tablespoon Seasoning

1 Tablespoon Siracha
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire 
2 Cans Black Beans

1 Cup cooked rice

This is not a fast recipe nor do the burgers hold up very well but I like the ingredients. 

If you haven't already made rice, then begin cooking the rice now, it will likely be ready before the veggies are done cooking.  

Cut up all of the veggies and sauté them on medium with a bit of olive oil until they cook, release their water, and then dry up, add the seasoning. 

In a food processor, blend one can of black beans with the siracha and worcestershire sauce.  

Take the bean paste, the other can of beans (both drained), and the veggies and rice and blend together.  Form patties and fry in oil or bake in the oven.
